While most high volume posters to the TNH Housing section are housing agents, some landlords and property managers also need to have more than the single, free ad that all TNH users are offered.
For those who don’t need to pay for the full Housing Upgrade and its 25 active Housing ads, we offer the Housing Upgrade Lite. Housing Upgrade Lite allows a landlord or property manager to post up to 10 active Housing ads at any one time.

Hello, Hong Tam. A Housing ad remains on the site for 30 days or until the poster of the ad chooses to remove it. There are no commercial options that extend this period. In truth, you are the first person to request this is seven years of running the site. Most ad posters prefer to delete and repost their ad before the 30 days is complete in order to “bump” the ad higher up the list.
The only real alternative that would lead to a more prolonged presence would be to purchase a banner ad in the Housing section and then have it link to a permanent webpage with all your rental info.
